Shipping 

We strive to ship every order within 3-5 business days. All shipping times are stated in Business Days (does not include holidays and weekends) and does not include Saturday delivery. In order to guarantee that an expedited shipment is shipped the same day, it must be received before 11 a.m. Eastern Time. 

International Customers 

At this time we only ship to United States and Canada. 

Returns/Exchanges 

We pride ourselves on our customer service and we are confident in the quality of our product. To return any product, simply email us at contact@psillc.info. If your product is damaged, we ask that you send us an email with the photo of the damaged item and reason for return. We are committed to our product and will do everything in our power to ensure your 100% satisfaction. Upon receiving the return we refund the amount of the product, minus shipping and handling.

Privacy Statement 

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
